  • Finding A Good Plumber In London

    We all know it can be very difficult and time consuming to find a good plumber in London. The very good ones (like us) are in high demand because they are all about their work and their customers. On the other hand sadly, some plmbers may just want to cheat you out of your money (NOT US), but this quick step guide will help prevent that.

    • The most basic rule is to be sure that they are qualified and if working with Gas (they must be GAS SAFE regsitered). Also they should carry full insurance that protects you and them if any accidents occured.

     

    • Ask how long they have been in business for as a plumber in London. As a general rule reputable companies should last, while disreputable ones fade. (note: This is not always the case)

  • Avoid Large Energy Bills

    We all know that putting the heating on during the winter is often un-avoidable. Unfortunately come January we receive the energy bill and it is never a pretty sight. However energy bills can be reduced by having a more energy efficient central heating system and more efficient boiler.


    Admittedly boilers can be expensive but if you combine the savings you will make in reduced energy bills in the long term with the current boiler scrappage scheme it is a no brainer. The boiler scrappage scheme allows you to trade in your old boiler for a price that reduces the cost of a new boiler.
